This document containing the terms and conditions of use of the website www.apstomatologic.ro (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions") establishes the conditions under which any person may visit or access the website www.apstomatologic.ro, or may use in any way the services offered through the Website.

Failure to accept these Terms and Conditions or any provision of them, as formulated in this document, obliges the User to immediately cease accessing the Website; continued access or visit to the Website, any of its pages and/or use of the Service, as well as any component thereof, constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and any provision thereof. By registering, the User fully and unconditionally accepts the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and agrees to use the Service in strict accordance with them.

DATA PROTECTION NOTICE

In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, and Law No. 506/2004 regarding personal data processing and privacy in the electronic communications sector, the Website Administrator will manage the personal data provided by Users securely and solely for the specified purposes. We inform you that the personal data Users provide to the Website Administrator is processed for the optimal provision of the Service. Users understand and agree that their personal data is processed for the optimal provision of online services by the Website Administrator, including services for advertising, marketing, and statistics. The recorded information is intended for use by the operator and is communicated only to the following recipients: the data subjects, other individuals or legal entities processing on behalf of the operator, other legal entities, partners, or affiliates of the operator. According to Law No. 677/2001, every User has the right to access and intervene in their data, the right not to be subject to an individual decision, and the right to go to court. Each User also has the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning them and to request data deletion. Users understand and agree that deleting their personal data will also result in the deletion of their profile from the system and the inability to access the Service offered by the Website Administrator.

USER REGISTRATION

To create an account on the www.apstomatologic.ro website, the User must use a valid email address. www.apstomatologic.ro may refuse the registration request if it finds that false information was used or that the services are used in a way that is not in line with normal practices.

GOVERNING LAW

The law governing legal relations arising from accessing www.apstomatologic.ro is Romanian law.

FEEDBACK AND COMPLAINTS

Complaints or any kind of notifications or suggestions regarding the way of accessing the website by Visitors will be considered only if submitted in writing via email, using the form available on the Contact page.

A properly submitted complaint must include the identification data of the person (first and last name) as well as a description of the issue in question. Additionally, the complaint must include at least two of the following contact details: address, phone number, fax number, and email address.

After receiving the complaint, the Owner will take the necessary steps to address the issue and undertakes to send a written response within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt, using one of the communication methods provided as per the above.
